Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address, display name, and any profile details you add (bio, photo, social links, and for musicians a page URL and payout handle).
• Content you share — messages you send and files you upload in conversations (for example tracks, stems, project files, and images).
• Transaction information — records of the services you buy or sell, prices, order status, and payout requests. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage and log data — standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the service running.

• To provide the service: accounts, profiles, orders, chat, and payouts.
• To send transactional email — sign-in codes and notifications about your orders and messages. You can turn message notifications off in your dashboard.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep accounts secure (including rate limiting).
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

• Your musician profile page (name, photo, bio, socials, services, prices, reviews) is public if you publish it.
• Messages and files in a conversation are visible only to its two participants (and to us where necessary to operate the service or investigate abuse).
• When you buy a service, the musician sees your display name and messages — never your payment details.

We rely on a small set of processors to run Trackz: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• We keep your information while your account is active, and transaction records as required for accounting and legal purposes.
• You can edit your profile at any time from your dashboard.
• You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting us; we will honor requests except where retention is legally required.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), files are stored in a private bucket accessible only through short-lived signed links, and database access is restricted per-user. No system is perfectly secure; use a unique email and keep sign-in codes private.

Trackz is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy or sell services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
